My name is Rose Branch, I'm a personal trainer and holistic coach with a passion for helping people reach optimal health by achieving total balance. My passion for fitness started at the age of 7 when I started running track and playing soccer. I immediately fell in love with being active and challenging myself daily. In college is when I became passionate about holistic living. I realized that just working out wasn't enough, to be the best version of myself, I needed to dig deeper.
I started researching and reading many books. I learned you aren't made up of parts or systems that function independently of each other. Instead, each component works interdependently, and a problem or breakdown in one system affects all others. It means that for a healthy lifestyle, one needs to take multiple steps. Although, exercise or making changes to your diet are important steps to reaching optimal health one needs to understand the importance of various components of health and wellness. My life mission is to help as many people as possible live a holistic lifestyle and reach total balance.
